DDA e-Auction 2024 – Under the Festival Special Housing Scheme 2024, the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will begin offering its premium flats and penthouses for e-auction on January 5, 2024. Registration for MIG flats and luxury apartments, including penthouses, opened on November 30 in the evening. Prospective purchasers are responding favorably, and on January 5th, we will begin accepting bids for both the luxury and MIG units. The schedule broken down into categories will probably be revealed next week. Every type of flat, including Super HIG, HIG (High Income Group), MIG, and Penthouses, will have its auction. DDA e-Auction 2024 Apartments Types
The DDA offers three types of apartments under the luxury segment: Super HIG, HIG, and penthouses. The Authority is selling fourteen duplex penthouses, each with four bedrooms and 424 square meters of plinth space. Similar to this, the DDA is selling 946 HIG flats and 170 super HIG flats in the same complex located in Sector 19B of Dwarka. The complex features 11 buildings with an estimated construction cost of Rs 700 crore. Additionally, 963 2BHK MIG flats in Sector 14 of Dwarka and Lok Nayak Puram, a West Delhi neighborhood that the DDA is building, will be put up for auction by the Authority.

DDA e-Auction 2024 Pricing
Super HIG apartments and luxurious penthouses would have reserve pricing starting at Rs 2.5 crore and Rs 5 crore, respectively. A reserve price of Rs 1.4 crore has been set aside for HIG units. MIG flats have reserve prices as low as Rs 1 crore. Penthouses, other luxury apartments, and MIG flats in Dwarka and Lok Nayak Puram will be distributed through an e-auction, in contrast to previous DDA programs where apartments are distributed based on a first-come, first-served basis. After consulting with real estate specialists on the cost of the apartments, the e-auction method was selected for the allocation of the luxury and MIG segments.
The cost of these flats is reasonable given their ideal locations close to the convention center, IGI Airport, a future golf course, and a metro station. Larger-than-usual green areas will be found in the premium housing complex in Sector 19B, and the penthouses will also feature terrace gardens. DDA e-Auction 2024 Timing Process
- The bidding procedure will start for one hour and will automatically extend by five minutes if a higher bid is put in the final five minutes.
- There will be a limit of 20 repetitions of this process. Thus, the maximum duration of every auction is two hours and forty minutes (that is, the first hour + twenty-five minutes).
- Therefore, for instance, the bid closing will be prolonged until 12.05 PM if the bidding procedure was initially planned to run from 11 AM to 12 PM and no bids were received between 11.55 AM and 12 PM. Additionally, the bid closure will be extended until 12.10 PM if any bids are received between 12 PM and 12.05 PM. This procedure may be repeated up to 20 times, meaning that the deadline for ending the bidding may be extended as late as 01.40 PM.
- The system will display the message “Bidding Time Over” on the screen when the bidding period expires.
Increment
Every kind of flat has a minimum increment. In other words, a bidder must quote at least this much higher than the highest price that is already on the table. The bidder must quote at least this much more than the Reserve price if no bid has been made as of yet. The values of the increment are listed below:

Procedure to Participate in DDA e-Auction 2024
To participate in DDA e-Auction 2024, the user needs to follow the below-given steps:
- First of all, visit the official website i.e., https://dda.etender.sbi/SBI/
- After selecting Login, enter your password, username, and Captcha or verification code
- Click Auction on the left-hand tab after logging in
- To view all of the active auctions, click on the Live tab
- Click the Click here to bid button on any property
- Click the Agree button after selecting I Agree if you accept the terms and conditions.
- You are now able to access the auction and bidding room.
- The homes booked for that time slot, for which you have submitted your final paperwork, are visible to you.
Steps to Login on the Portal
To Login on the Portal, the user needs to follow the below-given steps:

- The homepage of the website will open on the screen
- Click on the Admin tab
- The login page will open on the screen
- Now, enter your email id, password, and the captcha code
